Please ask what our current turnaround time is when placing an order as sometimes it is longer due to increased demand. Turn around time begins once final art cproval, order deposit, and all customer garments have been received. Should a product ordered by cp be no longer available or on back order, cp will contact the customer to try and find a comparable replacement. CP cannot be held responsible for the non-availability of chosen garments as we have to order them from our suppliers. Rush orders require payment in full when order is placed. CP only guarantees that an order will be processed and manufactured in time to ship to meet a guaranteed delivery date. Once an order has been shipped, CP assumes no responsibility for lost, misdirected or shipments that arrive late due to shipping issues.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. CP takes no responsibility for lost, mis-directed, or late delivery once your order has left our facility. Estimates and quotations do not include shipping. In order to ensure your order shipped the day it completes, please provide your Fed-Ex or UPS account number as soon as possible. We normally prefer to ship Fed-Ex, but can ship UPS if customer prefers.
Overruns-Underruns:
Orders are subject to a 2% printing error or 2 shirts per design per shirt size or whichever is greater. All over printing is subject to a 5% printing error rate per total number of prints. Garment printing is not a perfect science and all shirts are not guaranteed to be identical, however we promise to do our best and guarantee that our shirts and high quality and printed by skilled printers. CP does not charge for misprinted shorts, but your order be shorted or delivered with extra garments printed within the above tolerances. Customers will be charged for delivered shirts, but not for those that are misprinted. If you must have an exact number or match to your order it is highly recommended that you order extra garments to compensate for allowable misprint rates listed above.

Artwork:

Artwork charges are due at the time the order for artwork is submitted. We quote artwork on a client by client basis and on large orders we may not charge for it at all. All artwork created by CP remains the sole property of CP and cannot be used without permission. Customers who have artwork created by CP are paying for the labor to create the art and the license to use the artwork created exclusively for print jobs ordered from CP for advertising and other purposes. Should a customer decide they want to own their artwork outright; an additional fee will apply for the transfer of copyright to the customer.
Customers are always free and are encouraged to submit their own artwork to be made into product. We are willing to sign Non-disclosure agreements and will strictly adhere to them. CP agrees to not use customer artwork for any other purpose than the creation of the products ordered by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer. We would ask your permission to be able to use your product as samples and for photos for online advertising. All customer supplied artwork is to be provided in one of the following formats: Adobe Illustrator CS2, CS3, CS4, or Photoshop CS2, CS3 or CS4.
Photoshop art may be subject to a color separation fee and will be quoted on a per job basis.
All films and screens used in the production of a customer’s order remain the property of CP.
Quotes are good for 30 days. If you receive 2 quotes the second one is correct and all over quotes previously received are null and void. Proofing: Customers are ultimately responsible for insuring their artwork is correct prior to order production. When customers submit their own artwork for an order the artwork will be considered to have been proofed once submitted to CP. If artwork submitted is still in draft form, the customer must make CP aware that the art provided is not the final artwork for the order, and the order will go on hold until final artwork is approved.
If CP creates the artwork for the customer the customer will have an opportunity to approve a mock up prior to production. Customers should carefully review their graphics. If printed colors are critical to your project we recommend that customers verify the colors chosen for print against a Pantone book, proofs against a paper print or computer monitor screen for color cannot be guaranteed.
Once the customer has approved the artwork, CP will not be held responsible should the order be completed and later found to have errors due to spelling or other issues when the final product’s graphic matches the customer approved art.
If a customer changes their mind on the garments chosen for their order after CP has procured the garments for their job, the customer will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee on the garments.
If the order is cancelled after placing the order, you will be responsible to pay for (60%) sixty percent of the total value of the order, to cover all costs except for labor costs and shipping costs. Color Matching: Pantone colors are an industry standard and as such we expect provided artwork to call out specific pantone colors. Customers who do not specify a specific Pantone Color are subject to our ‘eye’ match, when this is the case, CP will not be responsible should the customer not be satisfied with chosen colors.
Water base and discharge inks require more work to match colors and have a higher degree of variation in the accuracy of their Pantone matching formulas.
Please note that color matching is not guaranteed to perfectly match due to a large number of variables which affect color matching. CP will make every effort to match your color as close as possible. Foiling: CP can produce designs that have foil in them.  Please note that foil is a specialty application and we do not guarantee the foil against tarnishing or coming off after repeated washings. Inconsistencies: Some inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage. Spreading Ink will not be responsible for these inconsistencies when printing across seams and on zippered garments. All Over Printing: The following limitations, terms and conditions apply to all over printing:
-Artwork must be reviewed prior to final quote on any all over print job. CP retains the right to refuse to print any job that in our sole discretion is deemed to be problematic or not produce-able.
CP  is happy to discuss artwork issues that may affect the final print with customers, if you have a specific question about your artwork, please call.
-All over prints are rarely perfect – as such the standard for misprints with all over shirts is different than a standard screen print the following applies:
-Screen registration of multi color artwork is not guaranteed. CP is very good at holding close registration on all over prints and most gaps from registration issues will typically be 1/16th of an inch or less. Gaps of up to 1/8 inch in registration can happen and will not be considered misprints.
-Large areas of solid color may have an ink deposit or build up on them especially if that part of the design is over a seam. Additionally large areas of solid ink coverage will cause any crease or fold in the garment that did not print to show gaps in ink coverage more prominently. While CP makes every effort to insure that the garments are flat when printing all over prints, creases and folds of less than 3 inch length and ¼” wide should be expected and are not considered misprints.
-Ink coverage can vary from garment to garment and vary as the print goes over seams and collars. While CP makes every effort to minimize any flaws in our products, the issues listed here are representative of standard inconsistencies seen in all over prints and should be expected; as such, we cannot guarantee them from being in the final product.
-All over printing is done with water base or discharge inks. Expect that colors may be more muted than a standard plastisol print and white discharge may be more of a ‘creamy’ white than a true bright white as this is standard with discharge white inks. Cancellations: Accepted quotes and orders are not cancelable after deposit has been made unless all details are agreed upon in writing by both parties. Returns: All customers are responsible for inspecting their orders upon delivery; any order that
has been delivered for more than 48 hours is not subject to return. All returned orders are subject to inspection before credit will be allowed. No goods are returnable unless damaged by CP. Customer must inform CP if they are returning an order and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If CP determines the order was faulty
CP reserves the right to reprint the order or issue the customer a credit for the order. If CP determines there is no issue with the garments CP has the right to refuse the return. A customer who returns a garment agrees to allow CP to resell the garment to make up the loss unless a Non-Disclosure agreement has been previously signed. CP has the final decision in the matter.
